Riverside Opticians is a family run, independent practice in the heart of Chester-le-Street. Open for over four years, we offer appointments daily for sight tests and contact lens checks, whilst also running a Minor Eye Conditions clinic.

We have invested in the most modern and up to date testing equipment which helps us in early detection and referral of a wide variety of pathology. This ensures the speediest and most favourable outcomes for our patients.

Our two Optometrists each have over 20 years experience, having worked all over the UK and even as far as Australia, whilst our helpful staff have been dispensing spectacles for decades.
